The Basics
What: Troop 54 Day Outing at Brazos Bend State Park
Where: Brazos Bend State Park, 21901 Farm to Market Rd 762, Needville, TX 77461
Facilities: bathrooms on-site
When: Saturday, May 9, 2026 (no camping overnight) Arrive 9:00 AM; Depart: around 7:00 PM. Meals: lunch and dinner.
Transportation: Scouts are responsible for their own transportation. Carpooling is encouraged.
You MUST check-in with the Campmaster when arriving and leaving camp.
Trailer Load-Out/Load-In:
Trailer Load-out is on Wednesday, May 6 at 7:00 PM
Trailer Load-in is on Saturday, May 9 at approximately 8:30 PM
Location: Troop Warehouse, 5936 S Loop E Fwy, Houston, TX 77033.
Each patrol is required to send at least one Scout to assist with trailer duties. Signup here: Trailer Load-Out Duty Roster.
Prerequisites
Scouts: none
Adults: must be a registered adult leader with Scouting America on the Troop 54 roster
