What: Campout at Brazos Bend State Park + Space Travel Simulation

• There will be a space travel simulation at the Observatory on Saturday from 3-5 pm!

When: Friday, April 25 - Sunday, April 27, 2025

• Scouts are responsible for their own transportation. Carpooling encouraged.

• Load-out/load-in

  • Load-out is on Wednesday, April 23 at 7:00pm at the warehouse, 5936 S Loop E Fwy, Houston, TX 77033.

  • Patrol on duty for load-out/load-in will be determined soon. It will be announced at meetings and in the newsletter.

You MUST check-in with the Campmaster when arriving and leaving camp.

Fees:

• $45 for both scouts and adults

No scout is ever turned away due to an inability to pay. Inquiries regarding financial aid can be made to W.C. Smith (scoutmaster@troop54houston.org), or Richard Ball (tcc@troop54houston.org).

• Current YPT (Youth Protection Training) certification.
