Scouts are responsible for their own transportation. Carpooling is encouraged.
Meet at Ball Ranch on Friday, October 23 around 8:00 p.m. (2.5 hours from Houston)
Depart Ball Ranch on Sunday, October 25 around 9:00 a.m.
Trailer Load-Out/Load-In: Trailer Load-out is on Wednesday, October 21 at 7:00pm at the Troop Warehouse, 5936 S Loop E Fwy, Houston, TX 77033. Each patrol is required to send at least two Scouts to assist with trailer duties. Signup here: Trailer Load-Out Duty Roster
You MUST check-in with the Campmaster when arriving and leaving camp.

Adults: must be a registered adult leader with Scouting America on the Troop 54 roster
Adult Volunteers Needed: Health Safety Officer, Merit Badge Counselors and assistants.
